Terms & Conditions

1. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND PRICES: We reserve the right to change product specifications and prices without prior notice.

2. MERCHANDISE INSPECTION: The customer, upon delivery, is required to carefully inspect all merchandise. Any visible damage or
carton shortage should be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt. Claims for content shortage must be made to the HospitalAndHomecare.com
Customer Service Department within five (5) days of delivery or any such claim is waived. Concealed damage requires immediate
inspection by the carrier or any damage claim is waived. The customer is responsible for the filing of all freight and concealed
damage claims with the carrier.

3. LIMITED WARRANTY: We warrant each item to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the
length of our warranty as stated in our warranty policies. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed, implied or
previously printed and does not apply in the event of neglect, abuse, misuse, or normal wear and tear. We are not responsible for
injury that may result from abuse. misuse or user negligence. Unauthorized service or modification of a product invalidates the warranty. If a product is deemed to be under warranty, HospitalAndHomecare.com shall provide, at its option, one of the following: (1) replacement of any defective or nonconforming part or product or (2) a credit and/or refund of the original selling price made to the initial customer on a prorated or depreciated basis. The warranty does not include any labor charges incurred in replacement part(s) installation or any associated freight or shipping charges to the manufacturer. Contact HospitalAndHome.com at

4. SHIPMENTS: When placing an order, we will select the method of shipment for the customer. Any special shipping and packaging
requests are the customer's responsibility. Proofs of delivery are subject to a $25.00 charge. Any product that is treated as
hazardous material for shipping purposes is subject to a HAZMAT Surcharge.

5. Inside delivery, Lift Gate, Re-delivery and special delivery circumstances are subject to additional charges.
 Charges associated with redirecting shipments or changing shipping methods after an order has departed from a warehouse will
be subject to additional freight charges.

6. BACK-ORDER PRICING: Orders for merchandise that go on back-order may be subject to any price adjustments that may occur
during the time the products are on back-order.

7. RETURN GOODS POLICY: an RMA number must accompany all returned merchandise. A HospitalAndHomecare Customer Service
Representative must authorize a retum, issue a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a return shipping
address in advance of any return. We ask that the customer not write the RMA number on product packaging. Return authorizations
are valid only for 30 days from the date of issue. All returns must be sent to the location specified by the HospitalAndHomecare.com Customer Service Representative. Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid freight (all collect shipments will be refused).

a) Eligibility: Merchandise, other than that covered by warranty, must meet the following criteria in order to be accepted for return:
b) Request for returns due to customer error will only be accepted for 30 days after shipment date.
c) Merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging as well as in new and resalable condition.
d) Merchandise must be properly packaged, un-opened, in the same quantity as sold, and retumed in the original shipping carton to
avoid freight damage. Credit will not be given for items damaged due to improper packaging or freight damage.
e) All retums are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to determine at our sole discretion whether an item qualifies for credit
or for return as warranty, quality or defective goods (other than for freight damage) and whether to repair, replace or partially
replace any such item.
f) Serialized items are not eligible for return if the serial number identifier of the item returned is different, missing, damaged,
tampered with or otherwise altered or modified.
g) Refused Orders: Orders that are refused will be charged a 25% restock fee and all associated freight charges such as freight to
the customer and back to a warehouse. This does not apply to orders refused due to freight damage.

8. RETURN CHARGES: All retums, other than warranty and damaged items, are subject to a handling/restocking fee of 25% of the sale
price of the item or $10, whichever is greater.

9. NON.RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE: The following items may not be returned, other than those that are covered by warranty:
   a) Private label items

   b) Special orders (any item not stocked by HospitalAndHomecare.com)

   c) Custom or discontinued items

   d) Any product with expiration dates

   e) Any product that for hygienic reasons cannot be brought back into stock.

   f) Sterile products

  g) Any product requiring a pedigree

  h) Any product with special handling and storage specifications such as those with temperature or humidity requirements

10.  DISPUTES AND COLLECTIONS: All disputes conceming an order and any claims relating to the merchandise
sold to the customer and all claims for payment, are to be determined by a court presiding in the county in which
HospitalAndHome.com maintains its principle place of business and customer consents to jurisdiction and venue in such
court. Customer shall be responsible and liable for all costs of collection, including attomeys' fees.
